Quality management plays a significant role in today’s global economy. Quality appears as the key to competition and is what makes a service and a product desirable to customers, i.e., service users. Leadership is one of the most important factors responsible for the success of a company. Leadership requires capable leaders who recognize the unpredictable environment in which organizations operate, and have the knowledge to mitigate or even prevent the detrimental impact that an unpredictable environment can have on an organization.
