Abstract
Ovisno o predmetu koji se promatra, postoje značajke kvalitete koje su specifične i razlikuju se. Značajke kvalitete mogu biti mjerljive, kao npr. brzina rada procesora ili brzina automobila, dok su neke značajke, poput dizajna, nemjerljive. Budući da ne postoji apsolutna kvaliteta, za proizvod ili uslugu može se utvrditi samo određena razina kvalitete. Prema tome, kvaliteta je relativna kategorija. Teško je definirati razinu kvalitete budući da potrošači različito ocjenjuju neki proizvod u skladu sa svojim osobnim očekivanjima. Kvaliteta proizvoda bitan je čimbenik razvoja novog proizvoda. U budućnosti će potrošači preferirati proizvode bez obzira na njihovo podrijetlo. Da bi poslovni ljudi mogli što bolje razumjeti globalno tržište, moraju se boriti protiv konkurencije i ući na novo tržište s novim proizvodima koji moraju biti najkvalitetniji. Karakteristika je svake tvrtke primjena određenog sustava upravljanja kvalitetom. Tvrtka se razlikuje ovisno o veličini tvrtke, djelatnosti, stilu upravljanja, obliku vlasništva i pristupu upravljanju kvalitetom. Norme ISO 9001 i ISO 14001 zahtijevaju brojne postupke koji su gotovo identični, što smanjuje broj postupaka u integriranom sustavu i osigurava dosljednu provedbu. Sustavi upravljanja, bez obzira jesu li orijentirani na kvalitetu ili zaštitu okoliša, sadrže zajedničke elemente i doprinose poboljšanju.
Abstract (english)
Depending on the observed facility there are quality features that are specific and different. Quality features can be measurable so. As a processor speed or car speed, while some features, such as design, unchangeable. Since there is no absolute quality, product or service can only be determined by a certain level of quality. Therefore the quality is a relative category. It is difficult to define the level of quality because consumers differ from some product in accordance with their personal expectations. Product quality is an essential factor for developing a new product. In the future, consumer products are preferred regardless of their origin. In order for business people to better understand the global market, they must fight competition and enter a new market with new products that must be the best quality. The function of each company is the application of a specific quality management system. The company differs depending on the size of the company, activities, style management, owner and access to quality management. The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards require many methods of almost identical reduction in the number of methods in the integrated system and ensure consistent implementation. Management systems, regardless of whether oriented quality or environmental protection, contain common elements.
