Abstract
Ovaj rad tematizira talent management kao ključan faktor uspijeha poduzeća u poslovnom okruženju. Talent management se predstavlja kao pristup upravljanja ljudskim resursima usmjeren na prepoznavanje, razvoj, zadržavanje te optimalno iskorištavanje talenata i kompetencija zaposlenika u svrhu ostvarivanja poslovnih ciljeva i stvaranja konkurentske prednosti. Rad se bavi istraživanjem različitih aspekata upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima,uključujući sami proces pribavljanja talenata,njihovim upravljanjem, selekcijom te samim zadržavanjem talenata u poduzeću. Prikupljeni podaci i analize dosadašnjih istraživanja ukazuju na razinu razvijenosti upravljanja talentima u hrvatskim poduzećima te prikazuje promjene u prethodnim praksama upravljanja talentima uzrokovane ekonomskom krizom. U zaključku rada ističe se važnost privlačenja, razvoja i zadržavanja visokokvalificiranih radnika kako bi se osigurala konkurentska prednost i održiv rast.
Abstract (english)
This paper focuses on talent management as a key factor in the success of companies in the business environment. Talent management is presented as an approach to human resource focused on identifying, developing, retaining, and effectively utilizing employees talents and competencies to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage. The paper explores various aspects of human resource management, including the talent acquisition process, their management, selection, and talent retention within the company. The collected data and analyses of previous research indicate the level of development of talent management in companies in the Republic of Croatia, while also illustrating changes in previous talent management practices caused by economic crises. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of attracting, developing, and retaining highly skilled employees to ensure a competitive advantage and sustainable growth.
