The definition of sales exists a lot, but no matter what definition we talk about, sales is an integral part of our daily lives and one of the oldest and most exciting human activities. It takes a lot of knowledge and skills to prove your skills and succeed in sales. A salesperson is a person who believes in what he is doing satisfying the satisfaction of the people he works with through the product he sells. The goal of every salesperson is to maximize profits. There are different types of vendors. They differ in their role and way of selling, but the common characteristics they share are skills, abilities and tactics. Management plays an important role in this, because it is important to find the right people for certain jobs and encourage them with the best motivating factors to do their job as well as possible, which in practice is not so easy. The interaction of motivational factors includes the personal characteristics of employees, the characteristics that employees should have in relation to the work they perform and the organizational characteristics that affect employees in a particular work environment. All these interactions management must take into account when designing an appropriate motivational system in the company. Understanding tasks and their expectations is another prerequisite for employee success and motivation. Analyzing the survey, it can be concluded that respondents are generally satisfied with the ways in which they are motivated in the company and that such motivation has a positive effect on the work productivity of salespeople.
