Due to the sudden growth of competition in the market, organizations and employers are forced to look for tools with which they can increase and emphasize their own competitiveness. One of these tools is the implementation of a management system as proof of quality compliance and traceability. Apart from competitiveness on the market, the main goal of introducing such systems is customer satisfaction. Today, organizations most often decide to implement quality management systems ISO 9001, environmental ISO 14001, safety at work 45001 and energy 50001. In order to facilitate the implementation, monitoring and improvement of management systems, organizations increasingly decide to integrate their systems, which enables better productivity, reducing costs, streamlining processes, and increasing employee and customer satisfaction. Therefore, more and more organizations are introducing integrated management systems. For the same reason, such an integrated management system was introduced by the organization Metalska industrija Varaždin d.d. This thesis will explain how the mentioned organization implemented and integrated its management systems and how it monitors, proves compliance and improves them.
