Abstract
Modularni sustavi proizvodnje su didaktične radne stanice za učenje i razvijanje vještina koje se iskorištavaju u proizvodnom procesu. Svrha takve metode je da kroz jednostavni modularni način osigura korisniku mogućnost slaganja svoje proizvodne linije. Svaka linija sastavljena je od modula koji se reprezentiraju kroz razne elektroničke i pneumatske elemente postavljene na metalna kolica koja je moguće pomicati i složiti jedna do drugih uz velik niz kombinacija. Automatiziranje je upravljanje strojevima, procesima ili sustavima uz pomoć mehaničkog i elektroničkog uređaja koji pruža zamjenu ljudskog rada; nadziranja i donošenja odluke u poslu koji je za čovjeka jako složen, opasan i zamara ga. Pojam automatiziranja usko se vezuje uz mehanizaciju, jedan i drugi smatraju se zamjenama ljudi uređajima i strojevima. Automatizirani načini skladištenja rabe se sve više u industriji zbog povećane produktivnosti i niza drugih pogodnosti koje oni nude. Naravno, takvi načini skladištenja imaju i svoje nedostatke, kao što su cijena, konstrukcija, upravljanje, servis, način održavanja i niz drugih značajki.
Abstract (english)
Modular production systems are didactic workstations for learning and developing skills that are exploited in the production process. The purpose of such a method is to give the user the ability to assemble their product line through a simple modular way. Each line is composed of modules that are represented through various electronic and pneumatic elements mounted on a metal trolley that can be moved and stacked next to each other with a wide range of combinations. Automation is considered to be the control of machines, processes or systems by means of a mechanical and electronic device that provides a replacement for human labor; supervising and making decisions in a business that is very complex, dangerous and tiring for a person. The notion of automation is closely related to mechanization, both are considered to be replacements of people with devices and machines. Such storage methods are increasingly used in industry, due to increased productivity, and a number of other benefits they offer. Of course, such methods of storage also have their drawbacks, such as price, construction, management, service, method of maintenance and a number of other features.
