Abstract
U ovom završnom radu kroz poglavlja se obrađuju laseri: nastanak, njihova primjena u tehnologiji rezanja u različitim izvedbama te i sama upotreba fiber lasera u tehnologiji rezanja nehrđajućih čelika. U radu se opisuje detaljna povijest i razvoj lasera. Također je definiran pojam nehrđajućih čelika i objašnjen je strukturni koncept na kojem se temelje. Sadrži klasifikaciju nehrđajućih, odnosno korozijski postojanih čelika u skupine, te primjere iz pojedinih skupina uz opis svojstava i primjere primjene u strojarstvu i različitim drugim industrijama. Također je opisan dxf i NC kod pri upotrebi strojeva za rezanje uz navedeno su objašnjeni i principi na kojima se pojedini koraci temelje. Isto je i prikazano u praktičnom dijelu rada. Navedeni su zaključci i napravljena je ekonomska analiza upotrebe ovakvog postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the chapters deal with lasers: their origin, their application in cutting technology in various designs, and the use of fiber lasers in stainless steel cutting technology. The paper describes the detailed history and development of lasers. The concept of stainless steels is also defined and the structural concept on which they are based is explained. It contains the classification of stainless or corrosion-resistant steels into groups, and examples from individual groups with a description of properties and examples of applications in mechanical engineering and various other industries. The dxf and NC code when using cutting machines are also described, and the principles on which each step is based are explained. The same is shown in the practical part of the work. Conclusions are stated and an economic analysis of the use of such spending is made.
