Abstract
U ovom završnom radu definirati će se i objasniti osnovni principi rada aksijalnog ventilatora. Opisat će se proces kontrole aksijalnog ventilatora i važnost tog procesa u proizvodnji na primjeru tvrtke “KONČAR - MALI ELEKTRIČNI STROJEVI d.d.”. Međufazno ispitivanje, ispitivanje ventilatora, kontrola antikorozivne zaštite i završni pregled neizostavni su koraci u kontroli kvalitete aksijalnog ventilatora kako bi se zadovoljili svi zahtjevi u ventilacijskoj i rashladnoj industriji. Konstrukcija ventilatora izrađena je prema normama EN 1127, ISO 5801 i BS 848.
Abstract (english)
In this final work, the basic principles of axial fan operation will be defined and explained. The process of axial fan control and the importance of this process in production will be described on the example of the company "KONČAR - SMALL ELECTRICAL MACHINES d.d.". Intermediate testing, fan testing, corrosion protection control and final inspection are necessary steps in axial fan quality control to meet all requirements in the ventilation and refrigeration industry. The construction of the fan is made according to the standards EN 1127, ISO 5801 and BS 848.
