Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu ovog rada ukratko je opisan Most Nova Gradiška kao i njegova buduća namjena. Osim toga prikazana je povijest tvrtke „Đuro Đaković Montaža“ d.o.o. te su ukratko opisani eksploatacijski uvjeti mosta. Navedeni su i prikazani elementi segmenta SR – 28 kao i njegov izgled koji je prikazan na radioničkom crtežu. Ukratko su opisane operacije prilikom tehnologije izrade ovog segmenta kao i odabir polaznog materijala. Isto tako u radu se najviše detalja pridaje tehnologiji zavarivanja koja je detaljno opisana kao postupci koji se koriste tokom izrade segmenta. Radi se osvrt na dokumentaciju koja je potrebna prije, tokom i nakon zavarivanja te se opisuju metode kontrole zavara koje su propisane. U završnom dijelu govori se o probnoj montaži mosta te o samoj montaži na gradilištu. Spominju se razne potrebne naprave poput skela i dizalica, ali ipak se najviše bazira na redoslijedu montaže cijelog segmenta. Na samom kraju donesen je zaključak cijelog rada u kojem se donosi zaključak cjelokupnog rada.
Abstract (english)
The paper's introduction is based on a brief description of the Nova Gradiška Bridge as well as its future purpose and operating conditions and on the description od 'Đuro Đaković Montaža' company history. The segment's SR – 28 elements are listed and described as well as its appearance which is shown in the factory drawing. The operations during fabrication technology and the selection of the initial material are briefly described. The paper mostly focuses around the details in the welding technology, which is extensively described as a procedure that is use din the making of segment. The paper offers a review of the documentation and control methods necessary throughout the whole welding procedure. In the final part the paper focuses on the trial installation of the bridge and the actuall installation at the construction site. The necessary devices such as crane or scaffolding are mentioned but the actuall focus is on the chronology of the installation of the bridge. In the end the conslusion of the whole paper has been stated.
