Abstract
Organizacije su dužne čuvati svoje vlasništvo, imovinu i zaposlenike od kaznenih djela. Korporativna sigurnost mora biti učinkovita u prepoznavanju i ublažavanju rizika koji bi mogli naštetiti ugledu i financijama tvrtke u trenutnom i budućem poslovanju, a u posljednjim godinama tehnologija je postala inovativnija, omogućujući kriminalcima da budu pametniji u načinu na koji izvršavaju svoja nedjela. Na drugoj strani stručnjaci za korporativnu sigurnost kontinuirano se moraju osposobljavaju za metode upravljanja novim rizicima i uočiti „crvene zastavice“ koje bi mogle ukazivati na neuobičajene aktivnosti na radnom mjestu te se moraju prilagođavati novim pojavnim oblicima sigurnosnih ugroza. Poželjno je da sva poduzeća imaju implementiranu korporativnu sigurnost. Ona brine o različitim segmentima koji su ključni za uspješno poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
Organizations are required to protect their property, assets and employees from criminal offenses. Corporate security must be effective in identifying and mitigating risks that could damage a company’s reputation and finances in current and future business, and in recent years technology has become more innovative, allowing criminals to be smarter in the way they commit their misdeeds. On the other hand, corporate security professionals must be continuously trained in new risk management methods and spot “red flags” that could indicate unusual activities in the workplace and must adapt to new forms of security threats. It is desirable that all companies have implemented corporate security. It takes care of different segments that are crucial for successful business.
