Abstract U ovom diplomskom radu teorijski su obrađene emulzije za obradne strojeve, a u praktičnom dijelu provedeno je ispitivanje adhezijskog trošenja aluminijskog uzorka uz korištenje različitih emulzija te bez upotrebe sredstva za hlađenje, ispiranje i podmazivanje. Opisane su vrste sredstava za hlađenje, ispiranje i podmazivanje (emulzije, ulja, sintetička i polusintetička sredstva), kao i izbor SHIP – a prilikom različitih obrada (obrada deformiranjem, termička obrada i drugo). Navedena su svojstva te utjecaj pojedinih SHIP – ova na temperature i vijek trajanja radnih alata. Prikazana su razni primjeri štetnih posljedica koja su uzrokom nedovoljnog podmazivanja ili nečistoća koja nastaju bez redovnog održavanja sustava za dovod emulzija. Uz teorijski dio ovoga diplomskog rada, proveden je pokus, odnosno ispitivanje utjecaja različitih SHIP-ova na trošenje ispitnih uzoraka i reznih pločica koje su korištene prilikom izvođenja istoga. Pokus je proveden na pet razina, korištenjem četiri različite vrste emulzija i provođenjem pokusa bez korištenja sredstava za hlađenje, ispiranje i podmazivanje. Korišteno je ukupno devet ispitnih uzoraka i pet različitih reznih pločica, približno jednakih svojstava. Za ispitivanje su unaprijed određeni ulazni parametri i odziv, kako bi svi rezultati bili usporedivi. Također, definirani su načini nabave, skladištenja te rukovanja sredstvima za hlađenje, ispiranje i podmazivanje u cilju zaštite na radu, kao i štetni učinci neodgovarajućeg rukovanja istima.
Abstract (english) In this master thesis, emulsions for machine tools are theoretically processed, and in the practical part, the adhesion wear test of the aluminum sample was performed with the use of various emulsions and without the use of coolant, rinsing and lubrication. The types of cooling, rinsing and lubricating agents (emulsions, oils, synthetic and semi - synthetic agents) are described, as well as the choice of SHIP during various treatments (deformation treatment, heat treatment, etc.). The properties and influence of individual SHIPs on temperatures and service life of work tools are stated. Various examples of harmful consequences caused by insufficient lubrication or impurities that occur without regular maintenance of the emulsion supply system are presented. In addition to the theoretical part of this thesis, an experiment was conducted, testing the effect of different emulsions on the wear of test specimens and cutting inserts used in its performance. The experiment was conducted on five levels, using four different types of emulsions, and conducting the experiment without the use of coolants, rinses and lubricants. A total of nine test specimens and five different cutting inserts of approximately identical properties, were used. Input parameters and response were predetermined for the test, so that all results were comparable. Also, the methods of procurement, storage and handling of coolants, rinsing and lubricants for the purpose of protection at work are defined, as well as the harmful effects of improper handling.
