Abstract
Ugostiteljski objekti koji pružaju usluge smještaja trebaju imati svoj marketing program koji predstavlja kombinaciju elemenata osnovnih i dopunskih elemenata marketing miksa. U ovom je radu analiziran marketing program hotela „Central“ iz Slavonskog Broda koji uključuju više različitih elemenata, sve u cilju ostvarivanja marketinških ciljeva hotela. Elementi koji su analizirani u radu su hotelski proizvod, politika cijena, distribucija, promocija, lokacija, arhitektura i dizajn, kapacitet i unutarnji sadržaji. U zaključnim je razmatranjima utvrđeno da vlasnik hotela „Central“ optimalno kombinira sve elemente marketing miksa, što je u funkciji dobrog pozicioniranja hotela na turističkim tržištima.
Abstract (english)
Catering facilities that provide accommodation services should have their own marketing program that is a combination of elements of basic and additional elements of the marketing mix. This paper analyzes the marketing program of the hotel "Central" from Slavonski Brod, which includes several different elements, all in order to achieve the marketing goals of the hotel. The elements analyzed in the papar are hotel product, pricing policy, distribution, promotion, location, architecture and design, capacity and interior facilities. In the concluding remarks, it was determined that the owner of the hotel "Central" optimally combines all the elements of the marketing mix, which is in the function of good positioning of the hotel in the tourist markets.
