Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je mogućnost platnih kartica i tokom rada će se pojasniti koje su vrste platnih kartica te mogućnosti koje one pružaju svojim korisnicima. Danas u svijetu gotovo svaka osoba koristi platne kartice koje omogućuju vlasniku pristup sredstvima na vlastitim bankovnim računima. Platna kartica definira se kao sredstvo koje nudi različite usluge svojim klijentima a neke od njih su plaćanje robe i usluga, podizanje gotovine i korištenje različitih usluga na bankomatu. Na početku rada opisan je sam razvoj bankarskih usluga a kroz rad razjašnjene mogućnosti platnih kartica. Na kraju je pojašnjeno elektroničko bankarstvo, njegov razvoj, rizici i Internet bankarstvo.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the graduate thesis is the possibility of payment cards and during the paper it will be clarified what types of payment cards are and the possibilities they provide to their users. Today, almost every person in the world uses payment cards that allow the owner to access funds in their own bank accounts. A payment card is defined as an asset that offers various services to its customers and some of them are paying for goods and services, withdrawing cash and using various services at an ATM. At the beginning of the paper will be descibed the development of banking services and through the paper will be clarified the possibilities of payment cards. In the end, e-banking, its development, risks and Internet banking will be clarified.
