Abstract
Nastanak elektroničkog bankarstva, kao relativno novog bankarskog sustava, uvjetovan je jačanjem globalizacije i sve većom primjenom interneta. Upravo je takav sustav pridonio bržem, jednostavnijem i modernijem poslovanju. Također, zahvaljujući brzom, jednostavnom, učinkovitom i ekonomičnom pristupu, elektroničko bankarstvo ne samo da štedi vrijeme korisnika potrebno za dolazak u poslovnicu, već i u bilo koje vrijeme omogućava uvid u stanje računa te obavljanje financijskih transakcija po istom. Predmet istraživanja završnog rada je analiza elektroničkih bankarskih usluga. Svrha i cilj rada je što preciznije i jasnije objasniti pojam bankarstva, njegov povijesni razvoj, vrste bankarskih poslova i ulogu bankarske tehnologije u modernom bankarskom poslovanju, ali i značajke elektroničkog načina poslovanja u bankarstvu, njegove oblike i faze, pojam elektroničkog novca i značajke elektroničkih sustava te na primjeru Erste Banke d.d. analizirati elektroničke bankarske usluge koje ona nudi svojim korisnicima.
Abstract (english)
The emergence of electronic banking, as a relatively new banking system, is conditioned by the strengthening of globalization and the growing use of the Internet. It is this system that has contributed to faster, simpler and more modern business. Also, thanks to a fast, simple, efficient and economical approach, electronic banking not only saves users the time needed to come to the branch, but also at any time allows insight into account balances and perform financial transactions on the same. The subject of research of final paper is the analysis of electronic banking services. The purpose and goal of the paper is to explain more precisely and clearly the concept of banking, its historical development, types of banking and the role of banking technology in modern banking, but also the features of electronic banking, its and phases, the concept of electronic money and features electronic systems and on the example of Erste Bank d.d. analyze the electronic banking services it offers to its customers.
