Abstract
S obzirom da su željezo i čelik neophodni za skoro svaku stvar koju možemo zamisliti, njihova je proizvodnja masovna. Upravo je to razlog automatizacije željezara. Industrijska automatizacija je korištenje različitih upravljačkih uređaja koji se koriste kako bi se kontrolirali različiti procesi proizvodnje. Automatizacija oslobađa ljude teškoga fizičkoga rada, a osim toga radno područje čini sigurnijim. Problem koji se javlja pri automatizaciji je značajan gubitak radnih mjesta, to jest radnika koji su zamijenjeni strojevima. Idealna situacija bi bila kada bi se industrija automatizirala bez narušavanja radnog odnosa svakoga od radnika. Tvrtke koje su se ostvarile na području automatizacije samim time su ostvarile veću proizvodnju i zaradu. Kao primjer imamo željezaru „Lech-Stahlwerk GmbH“ čiji se rad zasniva na tome principu, a osim toga je i najveća bavarska tvrtka za recikliranje koja doprinosi zaštiti okoliša i klime.
Abstract (english)
Since iron and steel are necessary for almost every thing we can imagine, their production is massive. This is precisely the reason for the automation of the ironworks. Industrial automation is the use of different control devices used to control different production processes. Automation frees people from hard physical work, and in addition makes the work area safer. The problem that arises with automation is the significant loss of jobs, that is, workers who have been replaced by machines. The ideal situation would be for the industry to automate without disrupting the employment of each of the workers. Companies that have achieved in the field of automation have achieved higher production and earnings. As an example, we have the ironworks "Lech-Stahlwerk GmbH" whose work is based on this principle, and in addition is the largest Bavarian recycling company that contributes to environmental protection and climate.
