Abstract
U diplomskom radu ukratko je opisana povijest kukuruza i runilica za kukuruz. Opisane su neke od današnjih varijanti runilica za kukuruz sa svojim karakteristikama i modelima. Prikazana je primjena metode konačnih elemenata u procesu optimiranja runilice za kukuruz. Napravljen je model runilice za kukuruz u NX programu za 3D modeliranje. Model se djelomično optimizira uz pomoć programskog paketa Ansys i uzimaju se najbolje dobiveni parametri za zadane parametre. Prikazuje se ovisnost ulaznih parametara optimiranja i izlaznih parametara optimiranja kod strojnih dijelova puža, bubnja i pritisne ploče. Uspoređuju se optimalni parametri sa početnim parametrima. Uz pomoć rješenja analize optimiranja strojnih dijelova puža, bubnja i pritisne ploče se dobiva moguća ušteda materijala i manja težina runilice za kukuruz, a da su zadovoljena sva zadana naprezanja i pomaci.
Abstract (english)
The thesis briefly describes the history of corn and corn shellers. Some of today's variants of corn shellers with their characteristics and models are described. The application of the finite element method in the process of optimizing a corn sheller is presented. A corn sheller geometry is modeled in the 3D modeling software NX. Structurally significant parts are optimized using the Ansys Workbench software package, and after optimization, the optimal parameters of the construction dimensions are obtained. The dependence of the input and output optimization parameters for the machine parts as the worm screw, drum, and pressure plate is shown. The initial and optimal geometry was analyzed. With the help of optimizing the machine parts such as the worm screw, drum, and pressure plate using the Ansys Workbench software package, material savings were achieved, which reduced the total mass of the final product, the corn sheller. Allowable material stress conditions and the rigidity of the structure are also met.
