Abstract
U radu je opisano zbog čega su ulja za podmazivanje potrebna čovječanstvu i gdje se sve susrećemo sa njima. Opisano je kako dobijemo otpadna ulja i gdje ih dobijemo najviše, te je slikovito opisana zamjena otpadnog mazivog ulja sa svježim uljem. Definirano je otpadno mazivo ulje te njihova podjela u kategorije po sastavu. Opisano je gospodarenje otpadnim uljima i definicija gospodarenja otpadnim mazivim uljima. Definirano je sakupljanje otpadnih ulja i regulative za pravilno sakupljanje otpadnih ulja, definirana je poraba otpadnih ulja i podjela oporabe. U radu je napravljen uvid i raspisana statistika koliko zapravo dobro funkcionira zbrinjavanje otpadnih mazivih ulja u Republici Hrvatskoj na temelju skupljenih podataka i javnih izvješća od nadležnih državnih agencija. Opisan i jedan dobar primjer oporabe.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes why mankind needs lubricating oils and where we all encounter them. It is described how we get waste oils and where we get the most of them, and the replacement of waste lubricating oil with fresh oil is vividly described. Waste lubricating oil and their division into categories by composition are defined. Waste oil management and the definition of waste lubricating oil management are described. Waste oil collection and regulations for proper waste oil collection are defined, waste oil consumption and recovery division are defined. The paper provides an insight and published statistics on how well the disposal of waste lubricating oils in the Croatia works on the basis of collected data and public reports from the competent state agencies. A good example of recovery is also described.
