Abstract
U prvom dijelu rada opisana je kratka povijest i podjela zavarivanja. U drugom dijelu rada opisan je MIG/MAG postupak zavarivanja kroz princip procesa, zaštitne plinove, parametre zavarivanja, posebnosti luka zavarivanja, te način prijenosa metala u luku zavarivanja. U trećem dijelu rada opisan je MIG/MAG-LSC postupak zavarivanja gdje su navedene poboljšane karakteristike procesa u odnosu na standardni MIG/MAG postupak zavarivanja. Četvrti dio rada je eksperimentalni dio u kojem je napravljena analiza utjecaja parametara zavarivanja na oblik i dimenzije zavarenog spoja, te je napravljena analiza samih zavarenih spojeva.
Abstract (english)
The first part of the paper describes a brief history and division of welding. The second part of the paper describes the MIG/MAG welding process through the principle of the process, shielding gases, welding parameters, special features of the welding arc and the method of metal transfer through the welding arc. The third part of the paper describes the MIG/MAG-LSC welding process where the improved process characteristisc compared to the standard MIG/MAG welding process are given. The fourth part of the paper is an experimental part in wich an analysis of the influence of welding parameters on the shape and dimensions of the welded joint is made. It is also made an analysis of the welded joint.
