Abstract
Moralne i etičke vrijednosti izgrađuju čovjeka, a na isti način izgrađuju imidž organizacije. Utjecaj etike u poslovnom svijetu s godinama postaje sve značajniji i zato menadžeri imaju zadatak da upravljaju etikom i prenesu etičke vrijednosti svojim zaposlenicima i suradnicima. Postoje etička načela čiji je zadatak identifikacija i oblikovanje poslovnog ponašanja. Na temelju njih se prosuđuju odluke i utjecaj tih odluka na organizaciju. Razlikuju se tri etička pristupa: utilitarni pristup, pristup moralnih prava i pristup pravednosti. Brojne su prednosti, čak i nedostaci u etičnom upravljanju. Trendovi se mijenjaju i svaka moderna organizacija ih mora pratiti. Iz tog razloga se razvija i raste društveno odgovorno poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
Moral and ethical values build a man, and in the same way they build the image of an organization. The impact of ethics in the business world is becoming more significant over the years and that is why managers have the task of managing ethics and passing on ethical values to their employees and associates. There are ethical principles whose task is to identify and shape business behavior. Based on them, decisions and the impact of those decisions on the organization are judged. There are three ethical approaches: the utilitarian approach, the approach to moral rights, and the approach to justice. There are numerous advantages, even disadvantages in ethical management. Trends are changing and every modern organization must follow them. For this reason, socially responsible business is developing and growing.
