Abstract
Izrada proizvoda je točno definiran proces kojim se iz polaznog materijala dobiva željeni proizvod. Taj se proces može izvršiti na mnogo načina, više ili manje dobrih s aspekta troškova. Cilj svakog tehnologa je projektirati optimalni tehnološki proces izrade proizvoda. Želja je uz što kraće vrijeme obrade, niže troškove proizvodnje, čim veću iskoristivost materijala, doći do finalnog proizvoda zahtijevane kvalitete. Ta težnja prema najefikasnijem načinu dobivanja proizvoda je temelj razmišljanja svakog tehnologa. Nakon teorijskog dijela o tehnološkim procesima, pokazan je primjer različitih varijanti izrade zadane prirubnice, a jedna je detaljnije opisana i razrađena.
Abstract (english)
Product production is a precisely defined process by which desired product is obtained from starting material. This process can be done many ways, more or less good in terms of cost. The goal of every technologist is to design the optimal technological process of product production. The desire is to reach the final product of required quality with the shortest possible processing time, lower production costs and the higher utilization of the material. This pursuit of the most efficient way of obtaining products is the basic of every technologists thinking. After theoretical part about technological process, an example of different variants of making given flange is shown, and one is described and elaborate din more detail.
