Abstract
U ovom radu se ukazuje na probleme koji su nastali u opskrbnim lancima u bolničkom sustavu za vrijeme pandemije COVID-19. Svijet je iznenadila pojava , do sada nepoznatog, virusa, gdje je intezitet djelovanja bolesti i vrijeme trajanja bilo nepoznanica. U bolnicama je došlo do povećane potrebe za dezinficijensima, zaštitnom opremom i respiratornim aparatima, gdje je iznenadna potražnja uvelike premašivala ponudu. Rad se bavi problemima na koje su nailazile zdravstvene ustanove kod nabave dovoljnih količina resursa potrebnih za normalno funkcioniranje u kriznom vremenu ovog tipa.
Abstract (english)
This paper points out problems that arose in the supply chains of the hospital system during the COVID-19 pandemic. The world was surprised by the appearance of a unknown virus, where the intensity of the disease and duration of the pandemic were unknown. There was an increased need for disinfectants, protective equipment and respirators in hospitals, where sudden demand far exceeded supply. The paper deals with the problems encountered by health care institutions in procuring sufficient amounts of resources needed for normal functioning in times of this type of crisis.
