Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazana je primjena raznih polimernih i aluminijskih materijala te materijala poput nehrđajućih čelika u industriji izrade vatrogasnih vozila. Proces izrade vatrogasnih vozila temelji se na korištenju raznih vrsta materijala od kojih su najčešći aluminij, polimerni materijali te nehrđajući čelici. Prvi dio diplomskog rada donosi podjelu najznačajnijih polimernih materijala te aluminija i aluminijskih legura, njihova najvažnija svojstva, primjenu, te neke od prednosti i nedostataka u odnosu na neke druge materijale. U središnjem djelu diplomskog rada opisani su neki od najvažnijih dijelova vatrogasnih vozila te materijali od kojih se izrađuju i njihov utjecaj na mehanička, kemijska te druga svojstva takvih vozila. U konačnici je opisan kratki slijed aktivnosti prilikom proizvodnje kompletnog vatrogasnog vozila.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis presents the application of various polymer and aluminium materials and materials such as stainless steel in the industry of fire trucks. The process of making firefighting vehicles is based on the use of various types of materials, the most common of which are aluminium, polymeric materials, and stainless steel. The first part of the thesis brings the division of the most important polymeric materials, aluminium and aluminium alloys, their most important properties, applications, and some of the advantages and disadvantages compared to some other materials. The central part of the graduate thesis describes some of the most important parts of firefighting trucks and the materials from which they are made and their impact on the mechanical, chemical, and other properties of such vehicles. Finally, a short sequence of activities during the production of a complete firefighting vehicle is described.
