Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu opisana je povijest ljevarstva te razvoj istog koji seže još od vremena trećeg tisućljeća prije naše ere. Obrađena su područja izrade jednokratnih pješčanih kalupa te primjena aditivnih tehnologija u ljevarstvu. Ukazano je na važnost razvoja tehnologije lijevanja uvođenjem 3D tehnologije te koliki utjecaj aditivne tehnologije imaju na ljevarstvo u vidu skraćenja vremena i smanjenja troškova izrade kalupa. U radu je dan opis aditivne tehnologije. Razvoj započinje 1987. godine sa ciljem brže izrade prototipa proizvoda te je prikazan proces brze izrade prototipa sa svojim prednostima i nedostacima. Opisan je i postupak Binder jettinga koji se koristi za izradu jednostavnih i vrlo složenih proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
In introduction part it was described history of casting and it's developing which reaches to the third millennium befora our era. Making of one-time sand molds was processed and application od aditive technologies in casting. It was pointed out on importance of development of casting technologies by introduction of 3D technologies and how influence aditive technologies had on casting by reducing the time and costs of making molds. In this thesis was given the description of aditive technologies. Development starts 1987. year with the goal of faster making of product prototypes and it is shown the procces of fast making of prototypes with all advantages and disadvantages. It was also described the procces of Binder jetting which is used for making very simple and very complex products.
