Abstract
Ekologija je prirodna znanost koja proučava odnose živih organizama, kao i njihov utjecaj na okoliš u kojem obitavaju, te utjecaj istog na njih. Okoliš definiramo kao prirodno ili stvoreno okruženje u kojemu živi čovjek i druga bića; ukupnost svih prirodnih i stvorenih vrijednosti, kojima svojim djelovanjem upravlja čovjek. U radu su obrađene teme ekologije u dječjem vrtiću te aktivnosti koje su provedene u prostorijama Dječjeg vrtića Kockica u Lipiku. Cilj aktivnosti je osvješćivanje djece o važnosti ekologije i brige za okoliš. Nakon provođenja aktivnosti u dječjem vrtiću, može se zaključiti kako su aktivnosti koje su provedene uvelike pomogla djeci da shvate važnost ekologije te pravilno ophođenje prema okolišu.
Abstract (english)
Ecology is a natural science that studies the relationships of living organisms, as well as their impact on the environment in which they live, and its impact on them. The environment is defined as a natural or created environment in which human and other beings live; the totality of all natural and created values, which are controlled by human's impact. The paper deals with the topics of ecology in the kindergarten and the activities that have been carried out in premises of the Dječji vrtić Kockica in Lipik. The goal of the activity is to make children aware of the importance of ecology and care for the environment. After the implementation of activities in kindergarten, it can be concluaded that activities that have been carried out have greatly helped children to understand the importance of ecology and proper treatment of the environment.
