Abstract Toyota Motor Corporation jedan je vodećih svjetskih proizvođača automobila, s
širokom ponudom modela, od malih gradskih automobila do kamiona. Ključni elementi
Toyotinog uspjeha su njena predanost dizajnu i izradi automobila, te Toyotinom proizvodnom
sustavu. Toyota se nalazi među najvećim svjetskim proizvođačima automobila upravo zbog
svog proizvodnog sustava, koji je Toyoti omogućio uspjeh zahvaljujući kombinaciji svjetske
proizvodnje, brzog razvoja proizvoda te posvećenosti zadovoljstvu kupaca. Cilj Toyotinog
proizvodnog sustava je osigurati kvalitetne proizvode, ispuniti očekivanja kupaca i biti uzor
unutar industrije automobila te u društvenoj zajednici. Istraživanje provedeno u sklopu ovog
rada istražuje preferencije i stavove potrošača prilikom kupnje automobila, s posebnim
naglaskom na vozače Toyota automobila. Kroz provedenu anketu među vozačima različitih
marki automobila, analizirani su podaci kako bi se dobila dublja spoznaja o čimbenicima koji
utječu na odluku o kupnji automobila. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da su potrošači sve više
osviješteni o ekološkim aspektima te teže prema ekonomičnosti, što se odražava u visokom
stupnju bitnosti potrošnje goriva i ekološkoj prihvatljivosti automobila. Također, recenzije
drugih kupaca, kvaliteta proizvodnje, tehnološke značajke i zadovoljstvo uslugom nakon
kupnje su ključni faktori u odluci o kupnji. Visoka razina zadovoljstva među vozačima Toyota
vozila ukazuje na lojalnost prema brandu, dok istodobno većina ispitanika pokazuje otvorenost
prema kupnji Toyotinog vozila u budućnosti.
Abstract (english) Toyota Motor Corporation is one of the leading global car manufacturers, offering a
wide range of models from small city cars to trucks. Key elements of Toyota's success are its
commitment to car design and manufacturing, and Toyota's production system. Toyota is
among the largest global car manufacturers precisely because of its production system, which
has enabled Toyota's success through a combination of global production, rapid product
development, and dedication to customer satisfaction. The goal of Toyota's production system
is to ensure quality products, meet customer expectations, and be a model within the
automotive industry and the community. Research conducted as part of this study explores
consumer preferences and attitudes when purchasing cars, with a special focus on Toyota
drivers. Through a survey among drivers of different car brands, data were analyzed to gain
deeper insights into the factors influencing car purchasing decisions. The research findings
show that consumers are increasingly aware of environmental aspects and lean towards fuel
efficiency, reflected in the high importance placed on fuel consumption and the environmental
friendliness of cars. Additionally, reviews from other customers, manufacturing quality,
technological features, and satisfaction with post-purchase service are key factors in the
purchasing decision. The high level of satisfaction among Toyota drivers indicates brand
loyalty, while at the same time, the majority of respondents show openness to purchasing
Toyota vehicles in the future.
