Abstract
Predmet ovoga rada je marketing plan razvoja poduzeća Ekupi d.o.o. koji je vodeća Internet trgovina u zemlji i inozemstvu i s ponosom zauzima broj 1. u Internet prodaji. Predstavljanjem odabrane teme kroz ovaj rad istaknuti će se glavne značajke marketinga i njezinog planiranja te utjecaja na poslovanje i konkurentnost na tržištu. Analizom unutarnjeg i vanjskog okruženja odrediti će se glavni ciljevi i metode kojim ovo poduzeće nastoji uspješno iskoristiti sve svoje snage i prilike a okrenuti u svoju korist slabosti i prijetnje. U istraživačkom dijelu rada analizirati će se utjecaj marketinga na kupce odabranog poduzeća i samom analizom potkrijepiti zašto je ovo poduzeće lider u svom načinu poslovanja već dugi niz godina.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this work is the marketing plan for the development of the company eKupi d.o.o. which is the leading Internet store in the country and abroad and proudly ranks number 1 in tje Internet sales. By presenting the selected topic through this work, the main features of marketing and its planning, as well as its impact on business and competitiveness on the market, will be highlighted. The analysis of the internal and external environment will determine the main goals and methods by which this company tries to successfully use all its strengths and opportunities and turn it weaknesses and threats to its advantage. In the research part of the work, the impact of marketing on the customers of this company will be analyzed and the analysis it self will support why this company is the leader in its way of doing business, for many years. recognitions and awards that have taken a high position in the market in recent years.
