Abstract
U radu je opisan tehnološki proces izrade radnog komada koji je prethodno napravljen u alatu Solidworks. CNC kod i sva ostala tehnološka dokumentacija napravljeni su u programu SinuTrain tvrtke Siemens. Program je napravljen za potrebe učenja programiranja CNC strojeva. U simulatoru moguće je koristiti ručno i dijaloško programiranje. Završni rad podijeljen je na teorijski i praktični dio. U teorijskom dijelu opisane su različite izvedbe CNC strojeva koje uključuju razne izvedbe tokarilica i glodalica. Opisuje se princip rada tih strojeva te je ukratko opisan rad u simulatoru. Opisana je i upravljačka jedinica Sinumerik 840D te tehnološki zahvati koje je moguće napraviti u toj upravljačkoj jedinici. U praktičnom dijelu prikazuje se tehnološki proces izrade radnog komada. Napravljena je tehnološka i tehnička dokumentacija, prikazana je simulacija izrade komada. Dio je napravljen u jednom stezanju, odnosno jednoj tehnološkoj operaciji.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the technological process of creating a work piece that was previously designed in the Solidworks tool. The CNC code and all other technological documentation were made in the SinuTrain simulator which is made by Siemens. The program was created for the purposes of learning how to program CNC machines. Manual and dialog programming can be used in the simulator itself. The final paper is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, different versions of CNC machines are described, including various versions of lathes and milling machines. The principle of operation of these machines is described, and the operation itself in the simulator is briefly described. The control unit Sinumerik 840D and the technological interventions that can be made in that control unit are also described. In the practical part, the technological process of making the workpiece is presented. Technological and technical documentation was created, a simulation of the production of pieces was presented. The part was made in one clamping, i.e. one technological operation.
