Abstract
Diplomski rad obuhvaća uvod, općenite informacije o zavarivanju i vrstama grešaka, tople i hladne pukotine te metode ispitivanja pukotina. U radu je opisana primjena Tekken i Implant metode za ispitivanje zavarljivosti. Primjena metoda ispitivanja sklonosti čelika nastanku hladnih pukotina pri zavarivanju izvedena je kratkim istraživanjem te zaključkom. Kroz praktičnu primjenu su ispitani uzorci s obje metode koji su zavarivani različitim parametrima i različitim postupcima gdje je na kraju istraživanja došlo do zaključka koji postupci zavarivanja i s kojim parametrima mogu smanjiti vjerojatnost nastanka hladnih pukotina.
Abstract (english)
The diploma thesis covers an introduction, general information about welding and types of defects, hot and cold cracks, and methods for crack testing. The thesis describes the application of the Tekken and Implant methods for weldability testing. The application of testing methods for the susceptibility of steel to cold crack formation during welding was carried out through a brief investigation and concluded. Through practical application, samples from both methods were tested, welded with different parameters and procedures, and at the end of the research, conclusions were drawn regarding which welding procedures and parameters can reduce the probability of cold crack formation.
