Abstract
U današnjem društvu, donošenje odluka o financiranju poduzeća ima značajnu ulogu u postizanju uspješnog poslovanja. Odlučivanje o financiranju poduzeća, bilo dugoročnog ili kratkoročnog, predstavlja ključan aspekt poslovne strategije. Upravo su financijski menadžeri ti koji igraju ključnu ulogu u procjeni, odabiru i implementaciji različitih oblika financiranja. Njihova odluka utječe na stabilnost, profitabilnost i održivost poduzeća te zahtjeva preciznu analizu rizika i povrata ulaganja. Kombinacija dugoročnih i kratkoročnih izvora kapitala omogućuje optimalno upravljanje resursima i prilagodbu promjenjivim tržišnim uvjetima.
Abstract (english)
In today's society, making decisions about financing a company plays a significant role in achieving successful business. Deciding on business financing, whether long-term or short-term, is a key aspect of business strategy. It is financial managers who play a key role in the assessment, selection and implementation of various forms of financing. Their decision affects the stability, profitability and sustainability of the company and requires a precise analysis of risk and return on investment. The combination of long-term and short-term sources of capital enables optimal management of resources and adaptation to changing market conditions.
