The thesis presents the operation of corporate entrepreneurship, the advantages and disadvantages of business within the company, and the purpose of each business model. Every single corporate enterprise or business should have capable managers who will know how to manage it. In order for a corporate enterprise to survive and achieve its goals, it also needs to have employees who have skills and knowledge. The fourth chapter shows the difference between entrepreneurship and corporate entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship and corporate entrepreneurship are two different terms that are often used as synonyms, but they are actually different. In the fifth chapter, it is stated how corporate entrepreneurship works in modern business. That chapter builds on the research that was conducted using the survey method. 40 respondents answered the questioning of the survey, in which it is learned that every single entrepreneur has been working in the company for more than 5 years, is committed to the growth of the company and the realization of profit. The business policy is reflected on all business stakeholders, which at the same time brings improved business results.
