Abstract
Logistika i distribucija daju visoku vrijednost u svakoj tvrtki jer povezuju sve sustave tvrtke počevši od nabave do samog završetka kontinuuma na kojem se nalazi krajnji kupac. Glavna tema ovog završnog rada je obrazložiti logistiku i distribuciju CIAK Grupe d.d. Rad opisuje na koji način i kojim kanalima distribucije i logistike su povezane članice CIAK Grupe d.d. te koji čimbenici i faze utječu na njih. Za visoku razinu funkcioniranja nabave, skladištenja, trgovine i distribucije proizvoda u tvrtki zaslužni su i informacijski sustavi. Očekivani rezultat rada su preporuke za unaprjeđenje skladištenja i distribucije u budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
Logistics and distribution provide high value in every company because they connect all the company's systems starting from procurement to the very end of the continuum which is the customer. The main topic of this final paper was to explain the logistics and distribution of CIAK Grupa d.d. The paper describes how and by which channels of distribution and logistics the members of CIAK Grupa d.d. are connected and what factors and phases affect them. Information systems are responsible for the high level of functioning of procurement, storage, trade and distribution of products in the company. The expected result of the paper is recommendations for improving storage and distribution in the future.
