| Abstract | Poduzetništvo je proces koji se prvi put pojavljuje između 12. i 14. stoljeća. Uključivalo je sve aktivnosti vezane uz trgovinu, mjenjačke poslove i osvajanje novih područja. U sklopu samog poduzetništva nastaju i novi tipovi poduzetnika, a dijele se na: idealiste, optimizatore, radnike i žonglere, te na pionire, mahere, stratege i trenere.
Prilikom razvijanja poduzetništva, poduzeća počinju razvijati svijest o očuvanju okoliša prilikom svojega poslovanja, te se po prvi put razvija koncept DOP-a u 20. stoljeću.
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje za cilj je postavio očuvati okoliš koliko je to moguće, a jedna od najbitnijih stavki koncepta je bila briga za zajednicu. Kao i samo poduzetništvo, tako se i DOP razvijao i počinje biti sve važniji u poslovanju. To su primijetila i poduzeća koja se bave turističkim djelatnostima, a neke od hrvatskih najpoznatijih turističkih kompanija Maistra d.d. i Tui group su u svoje poslovanje uvele koncept DOP-a.
U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja s ciljem ispitivanja stavova o poduzetništvu i društveno odgovornom poslovanju. Prikazani su stavovi i razmišljanja ispitanika u Republici Hrvatskoj. Anketa je provedena pomoću Google forms, a u anketi je sudjelovalo 120 ispitanika.
Prema rezultatima istraživanja je vidljivo kako većina ispitanika još uvijek nije dovoljno upoznata s pojmom društveno odgovornog poslovanja, no 55% ispitanika je označilo da pojam označava brigu o društvu, zajednici i ljudima što ukratko taj pojam i označava. Većina ispitanika za poduzetnike smatra da su to osobe koje su kreativne, pouzdane, inovativne i samoinicijativne.
Provedeno anketiranje različitih skupina ispitanika pokazuje kako još uvijek veći broj ispitanika nije upoznat s poduzećima u njihovoj okolini koji provode koncept društveno odgovornog poslovanja u svojem poslovanju. Mediji su u današnjem svijetu doprinijeli upoznavanju ispitanika sa samim pojmom društveno odgovornog poslovanja i sa poduzećima koji provode društveno odgovorno poslovanje u svojem poslovanju. |
| Abstract (english) | Entrepreneurship is a process that appeared for the first time between the 12th and 14th centuries, and it included all activities related to trade, exchange and the conquest of new territories. As part of entrepreneurship itself, new types of entrepreneurs are born, and they are divided into idealists, optimizers, workers and jugglers, as well as pioneers, planners, strategists and trainers.
During the development of entrepreneurship, companies begin to develop an awareness of the preservation of the environment during their operations, and the concept of socially responsible business is being developed for the first time in the 20th century.
Socially responsible business, or socially responsible business, set the goal of preserving the environment as much as possible, and one of the most important elements of the concept was concern for the community. Just like entrepreneurship itself, responsible business has developed and is becoming more and more important in business, this has been noticed by companies engaged in tourism activities, and some of the most famous Croatian tourism companies Maistra d.d. and Tui group have introduced the concept of socially responsible business in their operations.
The paper presents the results of research aimed at examining attitudes about entrepreneurship and socially responsible business. The attitudes and thoughts of respondents in the Republic of Croatia are presented. The survey was conducted using Google forms, and 120 respondents participated in the survey.
The results of the research show that the majority of respondents are still not sufficiently familiar with the concept of socially responsible business, but 55% respondents indicated that the term means caring for society, community and people, which is what the term means in short. Most respondents consider entrepreneurs to be people who are creative, reliable, innovative and self-initiative. The conducted survey of different groups of respondents shows that the majority of respondents are still not familiar with the companies in their environment that implement the concept of socially responsible business in their operations. In today's world, the media have contributed to familiarizing respondents with the very concept of socially responsible business and with companies that implement socially responsible business in their operations. |
