Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je bankarski sustav u Republici Hrvatskoj te će se u njemu istražiti povijesna perspektiva bankarstva, od drevnih bankarskih praksi do modernog doba fintecha i kriptovaluta, te će se istražiti vrste banaka, bankarski poslovi i Hrvatska narodna banka.. Proučavanjem evolucije bankarstva možemo steći uvid u ulogu koju je imalo u oblikovanju naših gospodarskih sustava i potencijal za budući razvoj. Bankarstvo je već tisućama godina sastavni dio ljudskog društva. Od najranijih oblika razmjene i posuđivanja do modernog digitalnog doba, bankarstvo se razvilo kako bi zadovoljilo promjenjive potrebe pojedinaca i društava.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final thesis is the banking system in the Republic of Croatia, and it will explore the historical perspective of banking, from ancient banking practices to the modern age of fintech and cryptocurrencies, and will explore the types of banks, banking operations and the Croatian National Bank. By studying the evolution of banking, we can gain insight into the role it played in shaping our economic systems and the potential for future development Banking has been an integral part of human society for thousands of years. From the earliest forms of exchange and lending to the modern digital age, banking has evolved to meet the changing needs of individuals and societies.
