Abstract
U radu je provedena sustavna granična analiza, kojom su određeni granični tlakovi cijevi s unutrašnjom uzdužnom pukotinom za različite bezdimenzijske veličine cijevi i pukotina. Analiziran je polueliptični oblik površinske pukotine u cijevi opterećenoj unutrašnjim tlakom. Granična analiza je provedena primjenom metode konačnih elemenata (MKE) u programskom paketu Ansys. Za stjecanje povjerenja u rezultate numeričke analize, izvršena je verifikacija primijenjenih konačnih elemenata i numeričkog modela na primjeru cijevi bez pukotine. Rezultati numeričkog proračuna graničnog tlaka cijevi s uzdužnom pukotinom su uspoređeni s analitičkim izrazom prema Kim-u, koji je također proizašao iz numeričke analize ali u programskom paketu Abaqus. Usporedba je pokazala relativno dobro slaganje dobivenih numeričkih rezultata s rezultatima prema Kim-ovom izrazu.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, a systematic limit analysis was carried out, which determined the limit pressures of internal axially cracked pipes for different dimensionless sizes of pipes and cracks. The semi-elliptical shape of the surface crack in a pipe loaded with internal pressure was analyzed. Limit analysis was performed using the finite element method (FEM) in the Ansys software package. To gain confidence in the results of the numerical analysis, the verification of the applied finite elements and the numerical model was performed on the example of a uncracked pipe. The results of the numerical calculation of the limit pressure of the axially cracked pipe were compared with the analytical expression according to Kim, which was also derived from the numerical analysis, but in the Abaqus software package. The comparison showed a relatively good agreement between the obtained numerical results and the re sults according to Kim's expression
