Abstract
U ovom radu provedena je analiza grešaka nakon zavarivanja kompenzatora na spoju harmonike i cijevi. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu rada sam opisali materijale od kojih se sastoji kompenzator te naveo njihov kemijski sastav mehanička svojstva te gdje se primjenjuju. Još sam naveo kojim se zavarivačkim tehnikama zavaruje kompenzator te slijed proizvodnih i kontrolnih aktivnosti koje se provode pri proizvodnji kompenzatora. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada su prikazani koraci koje smo provodili tijekom rada kako bi došli do saznanja o greškama a to je priprema uzorka za metalografsku analizu. Priprema se sastoji od izrezivanja uzorka koje smo provodili ručnom brusilicom zatim smo uzorke brusili kako bi došli do glatke površine te smo ih na kraju nagrizali kako bi uočili greške. Analiza je provedena na četiri uzorka te se na sva četiri uzorka provodila priprema. Na kraju rada su navedeni rezultati koje smo dobili analizom.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, an analysis of errors after welding of the compensator at the joint of the accordion and the pipe was carried out. The paper consists of a theoretical and an experimental part. In the theoretical part of the paper, I described the materials that make up the compensator and stated their chemical composition, mechanical properties, and where they are used. I have also stated which welding techniques are used to weld the compensator and the sequence of production and control activities that are carried out during the production of the compensator. The experimental part of the work shows the steps we carried out during the work in order to find out about the errors, which is the preparation of the sample for metallographic analysis. The preparation consists of cutting out the sample, which we carried out with a manual sander, then we sanded the samples to reach a smooth surface, and finally we etched them in order to spot flaws. The analysis was carried out on four samples and preparation was carried out on all four samples. At the end of the paper, the results obtained from the analysis are listed.
