Abstract
U diplomskom radu opisan je sivi lijev, njegova fizikalna i mehanička svojstva, mikrostruktura, legiranje s ostalim elementima te njegova primjena u proizvodnji i reparaturi. Također je opisan postupak pripreme zavarivanja kod sivog lijeva i detaljno opisani postupci zavarivanja u hladnom, toplom i polutoplom stanju. Navedeni su i primjeri reparaturnog zavarivanja, za što se sivi lijev najviše i koristi.
Abstract (english)
The thesis describes gray cast iron, its physical and mechanical properties, microstructure, alloying with other elements and its application in production and repair. It also describes the procedure for preparing welding for gray cast iron and describes in detail the welding procedures in cold, hot and semi-hot conditions. There are also examples of repair welding, for which gray cast iron is mostly used.
