Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad obuhvaća tehnološki razvoj i uporabu twin sustava zavarivanja u postupcima elektrolučnog zavarivanja pod troskom (EPT) i elektrolučnog zavarivanja u zaštiti plina (MIG/MAG). Twin sustav, odnosno, sustav zavarivanja s dvije žice predstavlja proširenje konvencionalnog zavarivanja jednom žicom gdje se koriste dvije žice unutar istog pištolja za zavarivanje. Ova metoda rezultirala je povećanjem stope proizvodnosti u smislu povećanja brzina zavarivanja i stope taloženja. Nadalje, objašnjeni su glavni problemi s kojima se sustav zavarivanja s dvije žice susreće tj. međusobne interakcije električnih lukova pojedinih žica. Opisano je uvođenje ovog sustava u robotizirano zavarivanje te postupci zavarivanja koji su time omogućeni. Drugi dio rada obuhvaća eksperimentalni dio u kojemu se vrši ispitivanje na izrađenim uzorcima te se zatim zapažaju rezultati i na koncu donosi zaključak provedenog ispitivanja.
Abstract (english)
This thesis contains technological development and usage of twin wire welding system in submergerd arc welding (SAW) and gas metal arc welding (GMAW). Twin wire system, that is, the welding system with two wires, is an extension of conventional welding with one wires used inside the same welding torch. This method resulted in an increase in productivity in terms of increased welding speeds and deposition rates. Furthermore, the main problems faced by the welding system with two wires are explained, i.e. mutual interactions of the electric arcs of individual wires. The introduction of this system in robotic welding is described later on. The second part of the work includes the experimental part, in which testing is performed on the manufactured samples, and then the results are observed and finally, the conclusion of the conducted testing is drawn.
