Abstract
U ovom završnom radu, obrađene su teme hidrooblikovanja različitih vrsta materijala koje odgovaraju za ovu primjenu s obzirom na njihove karakteristike i u koju svrhu se koriste. U glavnoj temi obrađen je postupak hidrooblikovanja bregastog vratila. Postoje različiti pristupi postupku hidrooblikovanja kao što su prethodne analize numeričkim metodama (metoda konačnih elemenata), zatim pristup varijacije geometrije provrta bregastog režnja na točnost i krutost proizvoda te pristup korištenja matrice radi osiguravanja točnog položaja bregastih režnjeva na vratilu. Prikazane su teme mogućih grešaka na proizvodima od cijevi tijekom postupka te njihovo potencijalno uklanjanje. U zadnjem prikazan je zaključak iz svake od ovih točaka.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the topics of hydroforming of different types of materials that are suitable for this application are discussed, considering their characteristics and for what purpose they are used. The main topic deals with the hydroforming process of the camshaft. There are different approaches to the hydroforming process, such as previous analyzes using numerical methods (finite element method), then the approach of varying the cam lobe geometry on the accuracy and stiffness of the product, and the approach of using a matrix to ensure the exact position of the cam lobes on the shaft. The topics of possible errors on pipe products during the process and their potential elimination are presented. The last section presents the conclusion from each of these points.
