Abstract
U sklopu ovog rada detaljno je analizirana čvrstoća nosive čelične konstrukcije namijenjene robotskom zavarivanju. Cilj rada je izrada kontrolnog proračuna čvrstoće i krutosti nosača poznatih dimenzija opterećenog na savijanje uzimajući u obzir zadane parametre. U sklopu statičkog proračuna nosača izračunate su vrijednosti progiba i i nagiba karakterističnih presjeka nosača uz pomoć metode analogne grede, kao i izračun najvećih normalnih i posmičnih naprezanja uzduž linije nosača. Uz to, razvijen je 3D model nosača te izrađena tehnološka dokumentacija koja će poslužiti kao osnova za samu izradu nosača. Važnost ovog rada leži u pristupu proračunu nosača kutijastog poprečnog presjeka koji nema konstantne dimenzije presjeka po uzdužnoj liniji nosača. To uzrokuje promjenu momenta tromosti nosača po njegovoj duljini što dodatno usložnjava sam izračun. Uz pomoć određenih pojednostavljenja dokazano je da nosač definirane geometrije zadovoljava proračunske uvjete te se može sigurno primjenjivati u inženjerskoj praksi.
Abstract (english)
This study provides a detailed analysis of the strength of a load-bearing steel structure designed for robotic welding. The aim of the study is to perform a verification calculation of the strength and stiffness of the beam with known dimensions, subjected to bending loads, considering the specified parameters. Within the static analysis of the beam, deflection and slope values of characteristic beam sections were calculated using the analog beam method, along with determining the maximum normal and shear stresses along the beam axis. Additionally, a 3D model of the beam was developed, and technological documentation was prepared to serve as a basis for the actual fabrication of the beam. The significance of this study lies in the approach to calculating a beam with a box-shaped cross-section that does not have a constant cross-sectional dimension along its length. This leads to a variation in the moment of inertia along the beam, which further complicates the calculation process. By employing certain simplifications, it has been demonstrated that the beam of defined geometry satisfies the design requirements and can be safely applied in engineering practice.
