Abstract
Završnim radom je izrađen predmet obrade prema crtežu prikazanom u prilogu. Kako bi se lakše došlo do potrebnih dimenzija i mjera koje su potrebne za izradu samoga predmeta, izrađen je 3D model predmeta obrade. Na temelju modela izrađena je tehnološka dokumentacija. CNC kod je izrađen programom WinNC i vrijedi za upravljačku jedinicu Sinumerik 840D MILL.. Prije same izrade predmeta na stroju vrše se dimenzijska kontrola sirovca te simulacija postupka izrade obratka. S obzirom na to da se obrada vrši s obje strane dimenzijska kontrola se vrši prije i nakon stezanja predmeta obrade u škripac. Kontrola se provodi kako bi se postigla zadana točnost dimenzija predmeta obrade i sigurnost izvedbe procesa glodanja. Postupkom simulacije izrade otkrivaju se i otklanjaju moguće greške koje mogu nastati prilikom izrade programa. Nakon postupka izrade obratka vrše se završne dimenzijska i vizualna kontrola.
Abstract (english)
The final project item was produced according to the drawing shown in the attachment. In order to obtain the necessary dimensions and measurements required for the fabrication of the item, a 3D model of the workpiece was created. Based on the model, technological documentation was prepared. The CNC code was generated using the WinNC program and is valid for the Sinumerik 840D MILL control unit. Prior to the actual fabrication of the item on the machine, dimensional control of the raw material and a simulation of the machining process are performed. Since the machining is done on both sides, dimensional control is carried out before and after clamping the workpiece in the vice. The control is conducted to achieve the desired accuracy of the workpiece dimensions and ensure the safety of the milling process. Through the simulation of the machining process, possible errors that may occur during program execution are detected and rectified. After the workpiece fabrication process, final dimensional and visual inspections are performed.
