Abstract
Diplomski rad je podijeljen na četiri dijela. U prvom dijelu opisane su legure nikla, legirani elementi koji im se dodaju, njihova proizvodnja, podjela i korozijsko ponašanje. U drugom dijelu opisana je legura Inconel 625, njezina mikrostruktura, kemijski sastav, mehanička svojstva, zavarljivost i primjeri primjene. U trećem dijelu opisano je zavarivanje i navarivanje legura nikla. Navedena su tri procesa zavarivanja: CMT, plazma i TIG zavarivanje. Kod CMT zavarivanja opisano je njegovo područje primjene, provođenje postupka, mehanizam procesa zavarivanja, vrste zavarivanja i parametri zavarivanja. Kod plazma zavarivanja opisan je rad postupka, njegove tehnike, vrste zavarivanja i parametri zavarivanja. Kod TIG zavarivanja opisano je područje primjene, provođenje postupka, faktori, vrste zavarivanja i parametri zavarivanja. U četvrtom dijelu pomoću teorijskog dijela donosi se zaključak.
Abstract (english)
The thesis is divided into four parts. In the first part, nickel alloys, the alloying elements that are added to them, their production, distribution and corrosion behavior are described. The second part describes Inconel 625 alloy, its microstructure, chemical composition, mechanical properties, weldability and application examples. In the third part, welding and surfacing of nickel alloys is described. Three welding processes are listed: CMT, plasma and TIG welding. In CMT welding, its field of application, procedure implementation, welding process machanism, types of welding and welding parametars are described. In plasma welding, the operation of the procedure, its techniques, types of welding and welding parameters are described. In TIG welding, the area of application, procedure implementation, factors, types of welding and welding parameters are described. In the fourth part, a conclusion is drawn using the theoretical part.
