Abstract
Ovim diplomskim radom opisan je postupak rezanja plazmom koji je danas jedan od najzastupljeniji postupaka rezanja konstrukcijskih materijala. Radom je definirano nastajanje plazme prilikom ovoga postupka, navedene su razne izvedbe plazma rezačica, te prednosti i nedostaci ovoga postupka. S ciljem poboljšanja postupka rezanja plazmom provedena je optimizacija procesa rezanja na temelju ulaznih i izlaznih faktora. Optimizacija je provedena korištenjem centralno kompozitnog plana pokusa kako bi se statističkom obradom podataka odredio međusobni odnos ulaznih parametara na izlazne parametre i na taj način definirali optimalni parametri rezanja. Ispitivanje je provedeno na konstrukcijskom čeliku povećane tvrdoće i čvrstoće Hardox 400 koji se koristi u uvjetima visoke otpornosti ka trošenju. Eksperimentalnim dijelom rada utvrđeni su najutjecajniji parametri, od kojih je najutjecajnija jakost struje rezanja, a kao završetak rada napravljena je usporedba između optimalnih parametara dobivenih eksperimentom i parametra preporučenih od strane proizvođača plazma rezačice.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis describes the plasma cutting process, which is one of the most popular cutting processes for construction materials today. The paper defines the generation of plasma during this procedure, various designs of plasma cutters, and the advantages and disadvantages of this procedure are listed. With the aim of improving the plasma cutting process, optimization of the cutting process was carried out based on input and output factors. The optimization was carried out using a centrally composite plan of experiments to determine the relationship between the input parameters and the output parameters through statistical data processing and thus define the optimal cutting parameters. The test was conducted on structural steel of increased hardness and strength Hardox 400, which is used in conditions of high resistance to wear. The experimental part of the work determined the most influential parameters, the most influential of which is the strength of the cutting current, and at the end of the work a comparison was made between the optimal parameters obtained by the experiment and the parameters recommended by the manufacturer of the plasma cutter.
