Abstract
Koncept pametnih gradova trenutno se smatra jednom od “najvrućih tema” u urbanom razvoju, posebice u Europi. Gradovi diljem svijeta promiču i podupiru projekte koji se vežu uz pametne gradove, odražavajući uvjerenje da integracija tehnologije i infrastrukture može poboljšati životnu sposobnost, održivost, usluge i konkurentnost gradova. Iako je o ovoj temi provedeno mnogo istraživanja, još uvijek postoje ograničeni uvidi iz menadžerskog kuta. U ovom radu je objašnjeno funkcioniranje pametnih gradova te kako se oni razvijaju i na koji način se upravlja njima.
Abstract (english)
The concept of smart cities is currently considered one of the "hottest topics" in urban development, especially in Europe. Cities around the world are promoting and supporting SC projects, reflecting the belief that the integration of technology and infrastructure can improve the livability, sustainability, services and competitiveness of cities. Although much research has been conducted on this topic, there are still limited insights into the managerial angle. This paper will describe how smart cities function and how they develop and how they are managed.
