Abstract
Multinacionalne kompanije predstavljaju nacionalna poduzeća koja imaju mogućnost ujedinjenja proizvodnje i ponude velikih količina robe u više država. U onom trenu kada se kapital u matičnoj državi ne može više povećati sa novim ulaganjima, tada se traže nova, povoljnija tržišta te se sredstva prebacuju izvan granica države. Upravo na taj način nastaju multinacionalne kompanije koje imaju moć kontroliranja proizvodnje nekog proizvoda u više zemalja te kao takve mogu postati važnim činiteljima globalnog povezivanja. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati koje su to konkretne specifičnosti i obilježja multinacionalnih kompanija u globaliziranom svijetu te kakav politički i ekonomski utjecaj imaju na zemlje.
Abstract (english)
Multinational companies represent national companies that have the ability to unify production and offer large quantities of goods in several countries. At the moment when the capital in the home country can no longer be increased with new investments, then new, more favorable markets are sought and funds are transferred outside the country's borders. It is in this way that multinational companies are created that have the power to control the production of a product in several countries and as such can become important factors in global connectivity. The goal of this final paper is to analyze the concrete specificities and characteristics of multinational companies in the globalized world and what kind of political and economic influence they have on countries.
