Abstract
Svako uspješno poduzeće karakterizira donošenje adekvatnih odluka o načinima i izvorima financiranja poduzeća, stoga je važno upoznati se s novčanim tijekovima, razumjeti financijske izvještaje te imati stručne financijske menadžere koji su upoznati s različitim segmentima financija u poduzeću. Poduzetništvo se bazira na stvaranju vrijednosti. Da bi se kreiralo nešto novo i postigla dodana vrijednost, poduzeće prolazi kroz određene faze neovisno o vrsti poduzetničkog pothvata. Neovisno o fazi razvoja organizacije, uvijek se javlja izazov planiranja i financiranja poslovnih pothvata te naposljetku osiguravanje profitabilnosti i kontinuiteta poslovanja. U ovom radu na praktičnom primjeru društva PRVČA PZ prikazan je način planiranja financijskih potreba radi organiziranja i obavljanja poslovanja, izrađena je financijska analiza izvještaja poduzeća te je obrazložen konačan utjecaj na poslovni rezultat i profitabilnost poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Every successful company is characterized by making adequate decisions about the ways and sources of financing the company, so it is important to familiarize yourself with cash flows, understand financial statements and have expert financial managers who are familiar with different segments of finance in the company. Entrepreneurship is based on value creation. In order to create something new and achieve added value, the company goes through certain stages, regardless of the type of entrepreneurial venture. Regardless of the stage of development of the organization, there is always the challenge of planning and financing business ventures and ultimately ensuring profitability and business continuity. In this work, on the practical example of the company PRVČA PZ, the method of planning financial needs for the purpose of organizing and conducting business is presented. A financial analysis of the company's report was made and the final impact on the business result and profitability of the company was explained.
