Abstract Komunikacija je izuzetno važan dio poslovanja, upravljačkog sustava te organizacije. Poslovna komunikacija obuhvaća ton prilikom komuniciranja, način odijevanja, uporabu riječi, učinak komunikacije te slušanje. Većina ljudi polovicu svoga dana provodi na radnom mjestu, stoga se velika većina njihove komunikacije odvija upravo tamo. Postoji nekoliko funkcija komunikacije na radnom mjestu, a to su informiranje, emocionalno izražavanje, kontroliranje i motiviranje. Nažalost, velika se većina nadređenih ne pridržava glavnih funkcija i na taj način nastaje sama problematika komunikacije u organizaciji. Iz toga razloga, za potrebe ovoga završnog rada provedeno je istraživanje prikupljanja podataka u obliku online ankete koja je ujedno najučestalija metoda prikupljanja podataka kada je riječ o provođenju istoga. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 130 ispitanika koji su uvelike doprinijeli samome zaključku istraživanja te svemu onome što je potrebno promijeniti u komunikaciji kako bi organizacija nesmetano nastavila funkcionirati. Osim uvoda i zaključka rad je podijeljen u 4 faze. Prvi dio rada obuhvaća glavnu podjelu poslovne komunikacije i njezine pozitivne i negativne strane. Drugi dio čine glavna načela koja doprinose uspješnijoj komunikaciji u poslovanju. Treći i četvrti dio se bazira na ciljeve i zadatke istraživanja, uzorak istraživanja, definiranje problema i rješenje problema te najvažnije, rezultate provedenog istraživanja.
Abstract (english) Communication is an extremely important part of business, menagment system and organization. Business communication includes the tone of communication, the way of dressing, the use of words, the effect of communication and listening. Most people spend half their day at work, so the vast majority of their communication is happening right there. There are several functions of communicationin the workplace, namely information, emotional expression, control and motivation. Unfortunately, the vast majority of superiors do not adhere to the main functions, thus creating the very issue of communication within the organisation. For this reason, for the purpose of this conspiracy & scaron, a survey of data collection has been carried out in a form of online survey, which is also the most frequent method of collecting data when it comes to carrying out the same. The survey took part in 130 respondents who contributed greatly to the conclusion of the research and all that & scaron ; this needs to be changed in communication so that the organization can continue to function smoothly. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the work has been devided into four phases. The first part of the paper is the main division of business communication and its positive and negative sides. The second part is the main principles contributing the most important communication in business. The third and four parts are based on research goals and tasks, sample survey, problem definition, problem solving and most importantly, the results of research
