Abstract
Zadatak diplomskog rada je proračun nosivosti lijepljenog spoja zupčanika i vratila. U radu je spoj utorom vratila i zupčanika u dvostupanjskom reduktoru zamijenjen lijepljenim spojem. Nakon opisa lijepljenih spojeva i analize oblikovanja zupčanika izvršen je proračun nosivosti lijepljenog spoja zupčanika i vratila. Metodom konačnih elemenata provedena je analiza u cilju izračuna nosivosti lijepljenog spoja i potvrđen statički proračun.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis presents calculation of the bearing capacity of the adhesion joint between gear and shaft. Groove joint of the shaft and the gear in the two-stage gearbox was replaced by an adhesive joint. After the description of the adhesive bonding and the analysis of the gear shaping, a static calculation of the bearing capacity of the adhesive joint between gear and shaft was performed. The finite element method was used to calculate the bearing capacity of the adhesive joint and the static calculation was confirmed.
