Abstract
Zaostala naprezanja nastaju kada se objekt (posebno zavarena komponenta) napreže iznad njegove elastične granice, što rezultira deformacijom. Tri su primarna razloga za ta zaostala naprezanja, a to su toplinske varijacije, fazne transformacije i mehanička obrada. Kada je u pitanju toplinska varijacija ona se događa u momentu kada se objekt ohladi s visoke temperature (npr. nakon zavarivanja), gdje često postoji velika razlika u brzini hlađenja cijele komponente. Razlika u brzinama hlađenja površine i sadržaja objekta rezultira lokaliziranim varijacijama toplinske kontrakcije. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je predstaviti mjerenje i analiza zaostalih naprezanja u zavarenim spojevima. Metode korištene za izradu ovog rada su teorijske i eksperimentalne metode. Zavarivanje duplex čelika potrebno je izvršiti prema prethodno zadanima pWPS-ovima (WPS-ovima) kako bi se ostvarila željena vrijednost kvalitete zavarenoga spoja kako s aspekta izbjegavanja pojave određenih grešaka u samom zavarenom spoju, ali i postizanje optimalnih mehaničkih svojstava i željene korozijske postojanosti čelika.
Abstract (english)
Residual stresses occur when the object (especially welded component) stretches above its elastic limit, resulting in deformation. The three primary reasons for these residual stresses are thermal variations, phase transformations and mechanical treatment. When it comes to heat variation, it occurs at the moment when the object cools from high temperature (e.g. after welding), where there is often a great difference in cooling speed of the whole component. The difference in cooling velocities of the surface and object contents results in localised heat contraction variations. The aim of this graduate paper is to present the measurement and analysis of residual stresses in welded joints. The methods used for the elaboration of this paper are theoretical and experimental methods. Welding of duplex steel should be done according to previously defined pWPS (WPS) in order to achieve the desired value of welded joint quality both from the aspect of avoiding occurrence of certain errors in the welded joint itself and achieving optimal mechanical properties and desired corrosion resistance of steel.
