Abstract
U završnom radu navedena je podjela alata i alatnih čelika. Sažeto su opisani opći, posebni i proizvodni zahtjevi na svojstva alatnih materijala. Brzorezni alatni čelici su detaljnije opisani. Navedena je i objašnjena klasifikacija legirnih elemenata, opisana struktura brzoreznih čelika i objašnjeni pseudobinarni dijagrami. Navedeni su i opisani postupci toplinske obrade nakon kojih brzorezni čelici imaju tražena svojstva. Na kraju rada navedeni su primjeri primjene pojedinih brzoreznih čelika, odnosno preporuke za izbor brzoreznih čelika za konkretne tehnološke postupke
Abstract (english)
The final paper sets out the classification of tools and tool steels. General, special and production requirements for the properties of tool materials are briefly described. High-speed steels are described in more detail. Classification of alloying elements is listed and explained, the structure of high-speed steels is described, and pseudo-binary diagrams are explained. Heat treatment processes are listed and described, after which high-speed steels exhibit the desired properties. At the end of the paper, examples of application of certain high-speed steels are given, i.e. recommendations for selection of high-speed steels for certain technological processes.
