Abstract
U ovom radu analiziran je postupak programiranja i izrade predmeta prema crtežu prikazanom u prilogu. Obrada se izvodila na CNC glodalici „EMCO PC Mill 55“. Analizom zahtjeva postavljenih na crtežu te u skladu s njima izrađuje se tehnološka dokumentacija. Uz primjenu tehnološke dokumentacije i programa WinNc pristupilo se izradi CNC koda za upravljačku jedinicu Sinumerik 840D MILL. Prije izrade predmeta na stroju, vrši se simulacija obrade kojom se provjerava program, otkrivaju greške u pisanju programa i geometriji putanje alata. Prilikom stezanja radnog predmeta u škripac i okretanja, vršila se provjera dimenzija radi sigurnosti nastavka procesa obrade i postizanja zadane točnosti obrade. Završnom analizom obratka provjerena je ostvarena točnost dimenzija, hrapavost površine i dr. U slučaju pojedinačne proizvodnje obradak je potrebno označiti oznakama koje ga povezuju s crtežom.
Abstract (english)
In this paper has been analyzed the process of programming and production of bottom guide accordingly to drawing which is shown in the appendix. The proces was done on CNC milling machine „EMCO PC Mill 55“. In accordance with the requirements placed on the drawing, technological documentation was produced. With the application of technological documentation and program WinNc it was made CNC code for the control unit Sinumerik 840D MILL. Before creating of the object on the machine, it was necessary to make a simulation to determining errors in the writing of the program and the geometry of the tool path. While tightening the workpiece in a fix and rotations,dimensional checks were performed for safety continued processing and achieving the specified processing accuracy. After processing the workpiece is subjected to the final stage of the analysis: dimensional, roughness and others checkings. The workpiece itself must be labeled so it can be connected with the drawing as this isn't mass production.
